UnitedHealth Group was a very unique client to work. There are three brands within this group: UnitedHealth Group Optum, and United Healthcare. Each of these brands are essentially the same entity, but they serve differing groups and need to be as flexible as possible.

During the course of 2025, we had to navigate the sensitive nature of the CEO being assassinated. This necessitated the use of “brand-safe” material, or non-photographic imagery in display material. We animated the client’s illustrations and integrated these animations into our display ads. Later in the year, as the company moved further out of crisis mode, we integrated employee imagery into these pieces.
