I was brought on to this account in 2024 in order to refresh this career site to better align with Takeda’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The existing aesthetic was remarkably different so some deep thought went into the strategy here. Along with harmonizing these sites, the client also wanted to reduce the amount of scrolling required, reducing fatigue and increasing the chances of candidate application.
The close relationship between myself, the DPM, and the client allowed us to create a career site that not only looked like it was part of the Takeda family, but was tethered to the programmatic display ad campaigns we had put into place.
