As the Art Director assigned to the One Medical account, I was responsible for creating scalable campaigns that would draw recruits to various geographic locations throughout North America. Phase one involved the refresh of the career site.

Following new customer leadership at OneMedical, we were tasked with further refreshing the career site—Phase 2. The challenge was how this new look would look different enough but would still sit within the existing career site, limiting extensive revisions of the live career site. The concepts below showcase these explorations.
